Veterans & Blue Light Breakfast Club

Bringing veterans, blue light workers, families and local communities together over breakfast, conversation and friendship in Ampthill.

More Than Just Breakfast

The Veterans and Blue Light Services Breakfast Morning was created to offer something simple but important: a welcoming place to meet, talk, laugh, share breakfast, and spend time with people who understand.

There is no formal agenda and no pressure. For some, it may be a full breakfast and a chat. For others, it may simply be a cup of tea and a couple of hours out of the house.

Who’s it for?

Veterans

For those who have served and would value time with others who understand military life and its lasting bonds.

Blue Light Workers

For police, fire, ambulance and other emergency service personnel, serving or retired.

Partners & Guests

For partners, family members and guests who would benefit from a friendly, informal community setting.

Local Supporters

For those who want to support the breakfast morning and help make people feel welcome.

“No fanfare. No formal agenda. Just somewhere to be.”

The breakfast morning is built around community, routine and connection. It gives people a reason to come together in a relaxed setting, without referral forms, waiting lists or pressure.

Supported by Bedfordshire Freemasons

Bedfordshire Freemasons are pleased to support this local community initiative, helping bring people together in friendship, conversation and practical support.

The breakfast club is open to veterans, blue light workers, partners and guests. It is not a closed Freemasons event – it is a community breakfast morning with a warm welcome for those it is intended to support.

PTSD Resolution

PTSD Resolution provides support for UK armed forces veterans, reservists and their families. Information about PTSD Resolution support is available in the background at the breakfast mornings, but the event itself remains informal and pressure-free.
